Step beyond the usual dining experience and get hands-on with the art of Japanese ramen at this exclusive, one-day-only Ramen Masterclass at Mee So.

This intimate experience combines Japanese food culture, expert cooking tips and plenty of opportunities to get involved. Hosted by Mee So Head Chef Dennis, you’ll discover what makes a great bowl of ramen before creating one of your own.

Begin with an introduction to the history and culture of ramen, followed by an Izakaya-style starter plate of edamame, gyoza, karaage chicken and a Kirin beer. Then it’s time to get hands-on as Chef Dennis takes you behind the scenes of ramen preparation, from broth and noodles to the all-important toppings.

Choose your preferred chicken or tonkotsu broth, assemble your own bowl and enjoy it alongside a carefully paired sake. As you taste, Chef Dennis will guide you through the flavours and show you how the different elements work together.

To finish, enjoy a little Mee So magic with our airy cheesecake, prepared live in front of you and finished tableside with a dramatic syrup pour.
