Sydney, 5–6 June 2027 | ICC Sydney, Hall 6 | 10am–5pm, free entry (registration required)
The 38th Australian Property & Investment Expo comes to ICC Sydney’s Hall 6 over the first weekend of June. Entry is free with registration, and the two days run 10am to 5pm.
The premise is straightforward: interest rates, housing supply, tax reform, rising rents, population growth, and shifting lending conditions have reshaped the market, so the question is no longer just “where should I buy?” but whether now is the right time, how tax changes affect investors, and where rents and prices are heading.
Across the floor you’ll find residential apartments, house and land packages, townhouses, commercial property, SMSF investments, and selected international opportunities, alongside banks, brokers, buyers’ agents, accountants, lawyers, and wealth professionals available for direct conversation. Forty-plus free seminars run across both days, with confirmed speakers including Eddie Dilleen (portfolio of 85+ properties, author of *30 Properties Before 30*), Vishal Sharma from Revenue NSW’s Taxes and Grants Branch, Bob Le of Shore Financial on SMSF and trust lending, and representatives from Mortgage Choice, BMT Tax Depreciation, Investia, Swoopland, and Ruiyuan Real Estate. CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers, and Savills are among the named exhibitors.
Registration is via aupropertyexpo.com, or call 1800 739 168.
Wentworth Avenue puts you on the southern edge of the city, with train and light rail connections running toward Darling Harbour. With doors opening at 10am on both days, a familiar route each morning is one less thing to think about.
Seminars and exhibitor conversations generate brochures, notes, and figures. Rooms include kitchenettes and air conditioning, giving you space to spread things out and charge devices overnight. Accessible room options are available.
Mee So, the in-house restaurant, serves Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes — bao buns, donburi bowls, gyoza. In-room dining continues until late for evenings spent comparing lending scenarios rather than going out.
Industry Beans is served throughout the property, cold brew included. Arriving at the ICC caffeinated and on time is easier when the coffee is downstairs.
Hyde Park and the Australian Museum are within walking distance — useful for a break between dense sessions on tax, lending, and market outlook. Chinatown’s restaurants are also close by for a quiet meal.
Book your stay at ibis Styles Sydney Central for the Australian Property & Investment Expo 2027 and keep your weekend of research and comparison running smoothly.
